Equipment

You should bring suitable equipment with you such as:

• A jacket;
• Sports footwear, tennis shoes, or boots.

The chosen takeoff spot to fly, will depend on the weather conditions. The duration of the flight  is generally between 15 to 20 minutes.

The recommended body weight  is  between 30kg  (66lb) and 85kg (187lb).
